Pat-Tees is a fast-growing screen printing and embroidery company located in Taylor, MI. We specialize in custom apparel for schools, businesses, youth sports teams, and more. As we gear up for our busy season, we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team!
Competitive pay: $15-$18/hr + commission on successful sales

Build positive and lasting relationships with potential clients
Track and document call interactions and outcomes
Meet or exceed established call and sales targets
Preferably resides in Michigan to facilitate calling local businesses, but not required
No prior experience necessary—we're looking for anyone who’s motivated and ready to learn!
Currently enrolled in college is preferred, especially those majoring in communications
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable making cold calls
Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner who can work independently and with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy and able to use a phone calling app and email effectively
We provide a brief, one-day training and onboarding session to set you up for success. You will have access to our phone calling app and a dedicated email account.
