Summary
This position will be expected to rotate staffing on multiple units including medical/surgical, progressive care, oncology, and central pharmacy.
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team. Educates patients.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required.
Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

GSR Pharmacy:
If responsible for participating on the pharmacy code response team, then ACLS and PALS required.
