Position Summary

The Photographer/Videographer is a member of the Creative Services team and is responsible for the execution of all photography and video content for campaigns and products in the SVP brand portfolio. This person will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and needs a strong understanding of product photography, instructional video filming and editing, and in-house studio workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end production process for all studio photography and video shoots, including product, lifestyle, educational, and brand content
  • Work closely with Creative Director, Studio manager, Designers and Stylists to ensure all visuals align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Catalog and manage a well-organized, searchable asset library for photos and videos, ensuring timely delivery and easy access for internal teams.
  • Perform photo retouching and video editing, including color correction, audio cleanup, motion graphics
  • Ensure all equipment, props, and backdrops are organized, maintained, and inventoried regularly

You Bring (requirements, Preferred Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in photography, communications, videography or related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar producer or production coordinator role, preferably in an in-house or retail studio setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One and Premiere Pro or similar
  • Strong knowledge of photography and video production processes
  • Experience managing creative timelines, and cross-functional communication.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Passion for creative storytelling and an eye for visual detail
  • Experience in sewing, or DIY projects is a plus.

Requirements

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Any additional physical requirements
