Duties

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative lesson plans for children aged [insert age range, e.g., 3-5 years].
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Work closely with parents to communicate student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum.
Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential.
Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine love for children and the ability to build trusting relationships.
