About Us: Faithful Foundations Learning Center provides a nurturing, faith-based environment that supports the growth and development of children from infants to preschoolers. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with preschool-aged children. This role is essential in preparing children for their future learning, all while creating a Christ-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children, focusing on academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
• Establish a safe, nurturing, and creative classroom environment that supports children’s exploration and development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Regularly assess children’s developmental progress and provide ongoing communication with parents through conferences and written reports.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, faith-based learning experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom setting that supports learning and growth.
• Foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere that aligns with the mission and values of Faithful Foundations Learning Center.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare or educational setting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications, including Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or state-specific early childhood teaching certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices for preschool education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and faith-based learning environment.
• Commitment to the mission and vision of Faithful Foundations Learning Center.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
