All Doyle Shamrock employees who refer someone that is hired in after HR interviews them, will be in line for a referral bonus. The employee that was referred MUST work for 40 days with no unexcused absents, no write ups and no days tardy. Once all the criteria have been met, a $250 dollar bonus will be rewarded to the individual that referred them, as well as the new employee that was just hired. Also, if they both will be eligible for another $250 bonus if all the criteria is met. If the criteria is not met, the bonus will not be rewarded.
