Job Description

Product Owner

Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA, Chicago, IL or McLean, VA hybrid

Schedule: Mon and Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite

7 months

Qualifications:

4+ years experience within product ownership
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in product management with a focus on user experience
User Experience: Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research and testing
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with database systems and database management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Certifications (CSM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
