We’re reaching out to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on leader in the manufacturing industry. A well-established facility is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee off-shift operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering and a passion for leading teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-departmental activities, supervising production staff, and driving continuous improvement during evening or overnight shifts when other department leaders are not present.

Key Highlights:

• Lead and support production teams during off-shift hours
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend process improvements
