Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team and support our supply management function. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasting models, and providing strategic insights to enhance our supply chain operations. Your expertise will be critical in driving cost efficiencies, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting decision-making processes within the supply management team.

 

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of supply chain costs, inventory levels, and integrated business cases.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast costs, assess supply chain performance, and support budgeting and planning processes.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process for supply management, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and business objectives.
  • Develop and update financial forecasts based on changes in market conditions and operational requirements.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and logistics, to gather and analyze relevant financial data.
  • Cultivate finance/business relationships, which includes learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders.
  • Communicate financial findings and implications to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to supply management.
  • Record journal entries and complete account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

 

Education Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications
• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent is desired.

 

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year related work and/or public accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for the purpose of analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining the broader, analytical perspective.
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.

Preferred

  • SAP experience a plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
