Program Manager AI / Computer Vision

Quick update on this role. I received an email late last night stating that Computer Vision is a Must Have . I can't submit anyone who does not have practical experience managing a Product and/or Program in which Computer Vision was being built, developed, and deployed. Job titles can include Program Manager or Product Manager, but they really want someone who is a Program Manager with PMO Experience. I might be able to go up $1 or $2 in rate, but keep in mind that due to market conditions, that's just likely going to price candidates out against their competition. • Experience as a Sr Product Manager focused on Computer Vision, GenAI, and robotics
• GREAT COMMS will be communicating with Sr Leadership across UAL
• Ideally would have enterprise level experience working with different workstreams and identifying use cases across teams to establish program

Job Overview:

This PM will work within the PMO group. This individual will work across the organization, and assist in bringing Computer Vision workstreams together to identify use cases across the board and oversee this moving forward.

Project Details:

• Working closely with emerging tech focused on Computer Vision, robotics, AI, and GenAI. Will be overseeing different workstreams, use cases, and dependencies that other Sr Managers have. Will set up this program and support moving forward.

• Sr Program Manager with experience presenting/working closely with Sr Leadership
• Go getter attitude, proactive out of the gate
• Communicative and a passion for presenting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and bring together dispersed workstreams to create a unified program
• Define and identify use cases across teams and establish program dependencies
• Work closely with Sr Leadership to streamline execution
• Drive actual execution of the program, setting up frameworks and governance
• Identify commonalities in use cases to optimize program scalability
• Oversee financials, ensuring appropriate budget allocation and program sustainability
• Strong skills in pulling program insights into presentations and decks, making them look polished and executive-ready
• Passion for presenting, pulling charts, and data visualization

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sr PM handling emerging tech initiatives, specifically in computer vision, AI, robotics, and GenAI
• Strong ability to bring together fragmented workstreams and establish structured programs at an enterprise level
• Excellent comm skills with a focus on executive-level reporting
• Experience working in highly matrixed environments, collaborating across multiple teams and departments.
