Job Description
Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and media outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will help coordinate public relations campaigns, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned PR professionals and gain hands-on experience in corporate communications.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns.
Draft press releases, media kits, and company communications.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular activity reports.
Support coordination of events, interviews, and press briefings.
Maintain and update media contact lists and client databases.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure message alignment.
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or internship.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and media.
Knowledge of PR tools and platforms is a plus.
