Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate measurement processes.
• Manage and maintain quality control documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality control procedures.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of injection molding machines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) principles.
• Experience with injection molding machines and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus.
