The Opportunity :

Total Life is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to serve as a Clinical Supervisor , providing virtual individual and/or group supervision to our Associate Psychologists. This role is ideal for Psychologists with experience supervising other clinicians, mentoring early-career therapists, and guiding best practices in evidence-based treatment approaches.

This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible hours, making it perfect for clinicians looking to supplement their income while playing a vital role in shaping the quality of aging mental health care.

Your Role :

• Provide virtual individual and/or group supervision to licensed associates.
• Support associates in developing their clinical skills, ensuring adherence to best practices in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy .
• Offer guidance on complex cases related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning .
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in telehealth therapy.
• Contribute to the growth of a mission-driven start-up dedicated to serving older adults.

Our Requirements:

• Must have a valid Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D / Ph.D) license in the state of California.
• At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy, with experience in clinical supervision preferred.
• Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate
• Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+
• Must have an active NPI
• Must be available to start with a minimum of 5  hours per week
• Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing remote supervision
• Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation :

• $100-$150 per supervision meeting based on individual/dyad/triad.
