Position Overview
The South-West Territory Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving RTX Wheels’ growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients in a competitive marketplace. This role requires a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships and converting competitors’ customers into RTX advocates.
Key Responsibilities
•Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities in the South-West Territory.
•Engage with key decision-makers to present RTX Wheels as the premier choice for their needs.
•Develop competitive strategies to win over clients currently working with other brands.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to promote RTX Wheels and identify leads.
•Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
•Provide regular updates on sales activities, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications
•A minimum of 10 years in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
•Proven expertise in business development and territory management.
•Deep understanding of the South-West region’s market dynamics.
•Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, spending over 80% of time on the road, including overnight stays.
•The company’s headquarters is located in Canada, and the representative will report to a U.S.-based manager who reports directly to the Canadian headquarters.
•The representative will be based in Texas.
- Covering states: CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX & OK.
•This position offers a base salary with significant commissions based on new business generated.
Salary & Commissions plan
Total annual compensation up to $100,000, including a base salary of 55 000$ - 65 000$ and a competitive commission structure. Details on performance-based earnings will be discussed during the interview process.
