About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join a leader in aesthetic medical technology. The role is remote, but candidates must live in or near the Bay Area and be comfortable in a “road warrior” style role. If you’re a driven, independent sales professional with a track record in B2B sales—especially capital equipment or medical devices—this is a high-income potential opportunity to consider.
What You’ll Do
● Build and maintain strong client relationships within the assigned territory
● Execute business strategies that drive product adoption and sales growth
● Attend trade shows and conduct product demos for physicians and clinical teams
● Perform territory-specific market research and report sales activities
● Lead client education and in-service support to ensure satisfaction
● Collaborate with field service teams and internal departments
● Manage your pipeline and consistently exceed quota
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ in medical device or capital equipment preferred
● Strong B2B sales background—ideally selling to physicians or in clinical environments
● Proven success in territory management, prospecting, and closing high-value deals
● High-energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
● Strong communicator and active listener with a sharp ability to adapt
● Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + CRM tools) and organized in managing pipeline
●Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the territory
Compensation & Perks
💰 Base Salary: $60,000
🎯 1st Year Realistic OTE: $100,000–$120,000
