We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team.
Salesforce Solution Architect - Role OverviewSolution Design & Architecture:
Develop comprehensive Salesforce architecture blueprints that address business requirements and technical constraints.
Ensure solution designs align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Create data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
Technical Leadership:
Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions effectively.
Review code, configurations, and integrations for quality and compliance with standards.
Provide mentorship to developers, admins, and consultants.
Integration & Data Management:
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools).
Define and manage data governance, migration, and security models.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, AppExchange products, and new technologies.
Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing Salesforce environments.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
Architecture Skills:
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, security (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and automation best practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Strategic thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
