We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant with deep expertise in Service Cloud to join our team. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, driving configuration best practices, and ensuring optimal user experience across customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on experience with Service Cloud, including CTI integration, Knowledge Management, Document Generation, and Omni-Channel routing.

Skills and Requirements
-Public Trust Clearance ideal or clearable
-5+ years of advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including:
-CTI integration (e.g., Open CTI, telephony connectors).
-Knowledge Management (article setup, data categories, visibility rules).
-Document Generation tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, or native solutions).
-Omni-Channel configuration (routing rules, presence statuses, capacity models).
-Strong understanding of core Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, automation).
-Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
