Our client is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who brings expertise in QuickBooks, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in financial management. Senior Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to keep the books in tip-top shape
• Work closely with leadership to provide insights into financial performance and growth opportunities

Senior Bookkeeper Requirements:

• QuickBooks expertise is required
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, with advanced knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and a detail-oriented approach to financial data
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
