Senior Business Consultant – Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only – excluding California)

Travel: 25% to 50%

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant with extensive experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) to join our dynamic consulting team. This remote position supports clients across the U.S. in manufacturing and distribution environments and requires frequent travel (25–50%) for on-site implementations and consulting.

This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in SyteLine/CSI , strong business process knowledge, and a passion for helping clients solve complex operational challenges through enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver billable consulting and training services for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Conduct end-user training , develop documentation and support testing efforts
• Lead business process modeling and process re-engineering engagements
• Implement and test CloudSuite solutions based on best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, both onsite and remotely

Functional Expertise Needed

• Financials, Cost Accounting, MRP, Planning & Scheduling
• Project Management and Business Process Modeling
• Solid understanding of system implementation methodology

Critical Requirements

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience with SyteLine and Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)

✅ Strong consulting background with discrete manufacturing clients

✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (excluding California)

✅ Willingness to travel 25%–50% of the time

✅ Must be prepared for a multi-step, in-depth interview process including:

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Engineering, Math, Logistics, or a related analytical field
• 15+ years of SyteLine experience in manufacturing/distribution settings
• Strong domain knowledge in forecasting, planning, logistics, and manufacturing
• APICS CPIM Certification is highly preferred
• Knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, and solver-based optimization
• Background in forecasting, planning & scheduling software implementation

Technical Proficiencies

• Versions: SyteLine 8 or 9 (required); 6 or older (recommended)
• Tools: MS Project, Excel, Access, SQL/Oracle (beginner)
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to provide actionable insights for process improvement
