Job Title: Senior Python Developer
Location: Day 1 Onsite (Virginia)
Job Type: w2 positions
Visa: h1b, h4ead, l2s with minimum 10 years' work experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.
Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions.
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
Integrate with third-party APIs and services.
Maintain code quality through reviews and testing.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django/Flask.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with RESTful API development.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
