Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analyses and budget forecasts
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in utilizing large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
