We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to play a critical role in shaping enterprise-level customer experiences through rigorous, scalable research practices. This role is central to an ongoing global digital transformation initiative and focuses on improving B2B eCommerce platforms, omnichannel experiences, and internal tools. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including digital product teams, business stakeholders, and global collaborators—to deliver research insights that directly impact product strategy, design, and execution. If you are passionate about creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences through data-informed research, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute comprehensive UX research across the entire product lifecycle (discovery to validation).
  • Use a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and observational methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics, field research).
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams.
  • Align research efforts with business priorities and product roadmaps in partnership with digital and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and scale research frameworks, operational processes, and knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Lead studies on user journeys, purchasing workflows, and digital product-service interactions.
  • Establish or collaborate on recruitment pipelines for research participants.
  • Promote a culture of user-centered thinking and help drive UX maturity across the organization.
  • Communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences, including executives, designers, engineers, and product managers.

Skills Required

  • 5–7 years of UX research experience within digital product environments, preferably enterprise or B2B.
  • Proficient in mixed-methods research (qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral).
  • Proven success in leading independent research that drives business and product outcomes.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and transactional workflows.
  • Familiarity with agile and/or scaled agile (SAFe) development processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, and Google Analytics.
  • Track record of developing or supporting sustainable participant recruitment strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Hours: 9AM – 5PM Eastern
  • Preferred Experience with AI-enhanced digital solutions or intelligent interfaces.
  • Preferred Strong communication and storytelling skills for delivering insights to diverse, global teams.
  • Preferred Portfolio or case studies demonstrating end-to-end research and its impact on business or product strategy.
