Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.
As a Volunteer Recruiter , you will:
✔ Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles.
✔ Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
✔ Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Required:
✔ Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles

✔ Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work
Preferred:
✔ Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management
✔ Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools
✔ Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
