The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Staff Accountant reporting to the Senior Accountant II, Cash Operations.
This position works on-site in Miramar, Florida.
Position Summary:
This is a Staff Accountant level position having responsibility for all aspects of the reconciliation process over the reservations and corporate accounting transactions for multi-million-dollar revenue and/or expense categories of the global company (including the Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Silvesea brands).
This person performs duties that involve analyzing, validating and processing of related transactions. This person is responsible for adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley controls, accounting policies and principles as well as departmental procedures as determined by Management. It requires interaction with Operating and Financial groups, Corporate Accounting, Collections, Revenue Accounting, Information Technology, Treasury, International Accounting, independent and internal auditors, external vendors, revenue partners and Accounting Management.
