Educate associates on brand positioning, product knowledge, and customer lifestyle connection. Support and lead in-store events and community-focused initiatives to build customer engagement. Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams to align on product lifecycle and seasonal looks. Execute visual merchandising standards and product placement as defined by brand guidelines. Monitor product turnover and support healthy inventory flow to drive gross margin. Manage daily store operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs and peak periods. Oversee compliance with health and safety protocols, operational guidelines, and asset protection measures. Analyze sales, payroll, and expense reports to identify business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies that improve sales performance and control expenses. Forecast business trends and respond with appropriate actions to meet goals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred Experience in retail management, with a strong track record of store leadership Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and retaining a full store team Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and store presentation standards Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities Analytical and strategic mindset to interpret business trends and manage payroll expenses Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities Additional Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting as needed
