Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination Responsibilities • Act as the central hub between title companies, sellers, buyers, and lenders, ensuring all parties stay aligned and informed throughout each deal.
• Track deal progress daily, following up on all outstanding items to prevent delays and keep momentum.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively—whether it's clearing title, managing addendums, or coordinating closing logistics.
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in our CRM (Podio) for all transactions—no detail should slip through the cracks.
• Build and refine checklists and workflows to streamline execution, improve turnaround times, and prevent errors.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For • 2+ years in ops, logistics, or project coordination.
• Clear communicator, proactive, concise, and responsive.
• Execution-focused, you hit deadlines, follow through, and deliver.
• Detail-obsessed, nothing slips through the cracks.
• Problem-solver, you take ownership and fix issues fast.
• Resourceful, you Google before asking and use tools like ChatGPT.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRMs and project tools (Podio a plus).
• Self-starter, you move fast, take initiative, and get results.
