CRW Corp. is seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair various types of trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience working with diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and provide effective repair solutions.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work with other mechanics and service advisors to ensure timely repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical school training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a truck mechanic, diesel mechanic, or related field.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics.
• Familiarity with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in various conditions.
