As the Senior Director, Technology Strategy (Commercializing Innovation) at Walmart, you will drive the strategic direction for Health & Wellness Growth & Partnerships, leveraging your expertise in AI and health technology to shape the future of healthcare solutions. **What you'll do...**
+ Develop and manage a build/buy/partner framework and vetting process across Health & Wellness.
+ Manage centralized NDAs and coordinate third party discussions in coordination with the business and legal.
+ Collaborate with Product/Tech and Corporate Development teams on the framework and selection process.
+ Oversee an "AI Sandbox" for Health & Wellness, ensuring rapid testing, clear milestones and KPIs to enable the use of AI in our Health & Wellness strategy.
+ Work with our finance team to size and prioritize opportunities.
+ Leverage enterprise-wide AI work and collaborate across teams.

**What You'll Bring:**
+ Experience evaluating; integrating cutting-edge health technology, ideally through any of the following: venture capital (VC), startups, acquisitions (M&A) or Product/Design experience inside a healthcare entity.
+ Strong knowledge of the latest AI applications in healthcare.
+ Expertise in building stakeholder consensus and influencing audiences.
+ Proven project management skills with experience in developing and coordinating work plans.
+ Strategic planning and financial management acumen to drive long-term objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

**Minimum Qualifications...**

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, finance, strategy, or related area and 11 years' experience in retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, technology, management consulting, or related area.
Option 2: 13 years' experience in retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, technology, management consulting or related area.
