Select Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Furniture Packer for Art Storage Company in South San Francisco, CA!
Pay Rate: $25/hr.
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, be flexible for OT and weekend
Job Responsibilities:
-Pack and store inventoried items, provide support to the inventory team.
-Handle, unpack items in preparation for next inventory.
-Assist with the physical aspect of setting up for an image of an item.
-Record the dimensions and conditions of an item.
-Scan property to ensure accurate inventory locations are always maintained.
-Catalogue and upload images of items on Moveware and iLive.
-Update data for object references, including the object description, uploading images, adding object reference numbers and components as required, accurately and efficiently
-Proper handling, of art objects, fragile and artistic material, antique and fine furniture.
-Preparation of condition checks and condition reports.
-Pack artworks, antiquities and fine furniture for transportation and storage.
-Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
-Other duties as assigned.

-Experience with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks and dollies
-Knowledge of storage structure in the warehouse
-Excellent organization and communication skills
-Detail oriented and team player
-Proficiency in Microsoft suite skills
-Ability to safely life up to 50 lbs.
