Job Description:

The Teller will manage cash transactions, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires an individual who can maintain professionalism and adhere to the company’s dress code standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check verifications.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and manage daily cash supplies.
• Assist customers with inquiries and promote banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience is essential.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with two Saturdays per month (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM).
• Work Environment: Onsite, professional business casual dress code (no jeans, visible tattoos, or unconventional hair colors).
• Background and onboarding requirements: Background check and drug screening.
