Position Information: NWHSU is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare professional to lead our patient-focused evidence-based Bloomington clinic. This role provides a great opportunity to blend your clinical expertise along with your business leadership to ensure outstanding patient care as well as drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. As Clinic Director & Provider, you will spend approximately 80% of your time providing high-quality natural health care and up to 20% on strategic and operational leadership. In this leadership capacity, you will manage clinical providers and business development. We are seeking a strategic, problem-solving individual who will foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Work Location: Bloomington, MN in person

Duties:

• Provide high-quality care to patients, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative health, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to improve long-term wellness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and expand service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for additional natural healthcare services, including functional medicine to enhance clinic offerings and revenue streams.
• Drive marketing and community outreach initiatives to strengthen clinic's presence and reputation.
• Manages the clinical providers including training, setting production metrics, performance management & appraisals

What you need to have?

• Degree in any of the following disciplines: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), Master/Doctorate of Acupuncture (LAc, DAOM), or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND or NMD)
• Active license to practice (DC, LAc, DAOM, ND, or NMD)
• 5+ years experience; 3-5 years management experience
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, revenue growth strategies, patient retention, and change management skills

Other Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience in integrative and natural healthcare, with experience in expanding services to include functional medicine or other complementary therapies.
• Proven ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team, fostering a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach and problem solving.
• Financial and budgetary experience
• Clinical skills to understand chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services
• Excellent skills related to communication, interpersonal skills, patient education, assessment, organization, diagnosis, professionalism and adjustment techniques
• Up to date knowledge of coding and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consultative, decision-making culture

Compensation:

Administrative Role: $20,000 annually (approximately 20% of time)

Clinical Role: This position offers a gradually declining stipend over the first 9 months, in addition to a revenue-sharing model. After the initial period, compensation will transition fully to a revenue-sharing model. (approximately 80% of time)
