Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Coordinator who is ready to contribute beyond administrative tasks and grow into a strategic HR professional . In this role, you will start by supporting essential HR functions and will quickly gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

For Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals)

Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with new hire onboarding.

Maintain HR records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Learn HR data analytics, workforce planning, and HR technology systems to optimize HR operations.

Assist in developing HR policies and training programs to support company growth.

Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee relations.

For Experienced Professionals (2+ Years of HR Experience)

Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and retention strategies.

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to make data-driven recommendations for improving hiring and retention.

Develop and implement programs for employee engagement, performance management, and career development.

Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Optimize HR workflows through automation, AI-driven HR tools, and process improvements.

Coach and mentor junior HR team members as the department grows.
