Job Description

Grymes Memorial School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Business Office Assistant to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of the school by providing essential support to the business office and helping ensure smooth financial and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and handle ordering requests
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and human resources tasks
  • Support accounts receivable functions
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to assist faculty, staff, and support financial operations

Position Details:

  • Part-time, hourly position

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
