Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to support and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in all warehouse functions, including receiving inventory, material handling, order picking, and operating forklifts. The Warehouse Lead will work alongside the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency but is not a managerial role .

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inventory Management:

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Accurately check inventory against packing slips and enter data into the system.
• Organize and store materials properly.

Material Handling & Warehouse Operations:

• Move stock and materials efficiently using forklifts and other equipment.
• Pick and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Forklift & Equipment Operation:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Load/unload trucks, move pallets, and assist with inventory restocking.

Leadership & Workflow Coordination:

• Act as a go-to person for warehouse staff, helping to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor to improve processes and productivity.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations (screen printing industry experience a plus).
• Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, and material handling .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
