Your Role as a Benefits Representative:
🔹 Conduct Virtual Consultations – Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions.
🔹 Provide Outstanding Support – Assist policyholders with questions, policy adjustments, and claims.
🔹 Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to regulations.
