Mortgage Loan Originator Responsibilities:
Loan Origination & Client Relations: Guide clients through the mortgage application and pre-approval process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
Financial Analysis & Compliance: Analyze financial data, determine eligibility, and ensure all processes comply with industry regulations.
Operations & Process Management: Leverage CRM software and digital tools to streamline operations, collaborate with teams, and optimize lending processes.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1+ years in mortgage loan origination or real estate lending, with a proven track record of closing 1-2 loans per quarter.
NMLS License: Active license required at the time of application in any of the following states: Colorado, Montana, Texas, Idaho, Wyoming, Michigan.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and industry best practices.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and digital lending tools is essential.
Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in remote or virtual lending environments.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and mortgage underwriting processes.
